Matt Hammitt is a Grammy-nominated singer, songwriter, author, and speaker, best known as the lead vocalist of the Christian band Sanctus Real from 1996–2016. During his tenure with the band, he received three Dove Awards and two Grammy nominations, and he wrote numerous chart-topping songs performed by Sanctus Real and other notable artists.
